One of the best Summit County Breweries. Great food with a large selection of appetizers, pub food and dinners - Large portions! The beers are some of the best. Ask to say hello to general manager and owner, George Blincoe, and tell him the SnowHome Team sent you.

A chain. Good food, salad bar and fall-off-the-bone ribs. Two-fers on draft beer and well drinks most days.

Pug Ryan's Steakhouse ($$$)
Wonderful prime rib, steaks AND seafood! The crab filet (otherwise known as "Cora's Special") is fabulous as well. Great menu choices for beef and fish. You won't leave hungry. Great list of by-the-glass wines at reasonable prices. Nice bar with good appetizers too.

Really good Northern Italian food. Nice atmosphere with romantic setting. Very reasonably priced wines.

Mexican Cantina ($$$)
It's the new Mexican restaurant in Dillon. It is worth the visit just to see the restaurant itself. True elegance of Guadalajara. The food is really delicious, and so are the Margaritas! You won't find tacos or burritos here. Salsa is made at your table. Dead on views of Buffalo and Red Mountains from the dining room. It is a total dining experience.

Kula's Cafe ($)
Located above Wild Bill's Pizza in Dillon, this home-style breakfast and sandwich shopt is run by Dennis & Roben Diekmann. Breads homemade, chickens for the sandwiches roasted on site. Great meals for very reasonable prices.
